Managing Upcoming HeyPeers Certified (HPC) Meetings
The Upcoming Meetings on the HeyPeers Certified Meetings dashboard page functions as a control panel, giving you the tools to oversee and manage your scheduled meetings effectively. From viewing upcoming sessions to editing or canceling them, inviting members, checking meeting details, reviewing registration and waitlist records, and joining your meeting, this page brings all essential functions together in one place. By understanding how each feature works, you can stay organized, ensure smooth preparation, and provide a reliable experience for your participants.
The Upcoming Meetings page is accessed in the management module for the HeyPeers Certified Meetings organization.
To begin, select Organizations from the top menu bar.


The Organization Dashboard will display. Select Upcoming (below Meetings) from the menu options on the left side of the screen.


View Upcoming Meetings
- Date and time
- Group leader(s)
- Location (Heypeers vs Zoom)
- Registration count
- Waitlist count
Edit or Cancel an Upcoming Meeting
To edit or cancel a meeting you are facilitating, use the Options button located at the right side of the meeting details. This opens a drop-down menu. Select Edit.

The Update Meeting page opens. This page allows you to update details such as the date, time, description, or location. It also allows you to cancel a meeting.

Edit a Meeting
Make the necessary edits to the meeting. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.

Cancel a Meeting
If a meeting can no longer be held, you can cancel it from the same page. Click the red Cancel Meeting button at the bottom of the screen. Canceling removes the meeting from the schedule, notifies registered participants, and refunds any meeting payments.
Invite Members to Upcoming Meetings
The Upcoming Meetings page makes it easy to invite participants to sessions you are facilitating. From the meeting grid, click the Options button next to your meeting and select Invite.

The Invite pop-up window opens, allowing you to input or select members to send the invitation to. Once invitations are sent, participants receive the details they need to register and join your meeting.

View Meeting Details
To see how your meeting is presented to members, click the Options button next to your meeting, then select View.

The meeting's detail page opens in a separate window.

View Registration & Waitlist Records
The Upcoming Meetings page allows you to monitor participation by viewing registration and waitlist records for each meeting. From the meeting grid, click the Options button next to your meeting and select Registration Records.

The Registered Users page appears. On this page you will see a list of all registered participants. You can also review waitlisted participants who are hoping to join if space becomes available.

On this page you also have the option to manually register someone for the meeting. By manually registering someone for a meeting, you are bypassing:
- Meeting Registration Limits. This process will increase the maximum number of meeting registrations allowed.
- Meeting Payment Requirements. The user will be registered for the meeting for free.
Join Your Meeting
You can join your meeting from the My Meetings page, as you are already familiar with. However, you also have the option to join directly from the Upcoming Meetings page.
When it is time for your meeting to begin, a Join button will appear on the meeting record. Clicking this button will bring you into your meeting.

This feature provides flexibility, allowing you to access your meeting from whichever page is most convenient.
