Providing feedback on your meeting: Post meeting survey

Your feedback matters. It helps us, peer supporters, and the organizations we partner with understand what’s working and what could be better. After your meeting, you’ll be invited to complete a short survey. This guide walks you through how to find and launch it, whether your meeting was held on Zoom, HeyPeers, or accessed later through your My Meetings page.

After your Zoom meeting

If your meeting took place in Zoom, the HeyPeers Join Your Meeting page should still be open in a browser tab. Head back to that page and look for a green banner at the top that reads Please tell us how your meeting went. Click Feedback Survey to launch the online survey.

After your HeyPeers embedded meeting

If your meeting was hosted directly on the HeyPeers platform (not in Zoom), the feedback survey will launch automatically after you leave the meeting. You do not need to take any additional steps.

Accessing the survey from My Meetings

If you missed the feedback survey after your meeting, you can still access it from the My Meetings page.


On the top menu bar, select My Meetings.

Once on the My Meetings page, click Past Meetings.

Find the meeting you want to submit feedback for. On the meeting tile, click the three-dot icon to open the drop-down menu. Select Submit Feedback to launch the online survey.
