How to Change Your Bank Account Number for Payouts

You can replace the bank account you use for payouts at any time. To update your information, you will first add your new bank account. Once it is added, it automatically becomes your default payout account. After the new account is active, you can safely remove the old one. This guide explains where to find your payout settings and how to complete the update.

Before you begin

  • You will add your new bank account first. Once it is added, it becomes your default payout account.
  • Your old bank account will remain visible until you remove it.
  • Removing the old account is optional, but recommended to keep your payout settings up to date.
  • You will need your routing number and full bank account number for the new account.
  • Make sure the bank account belongs to you and can receive deposits.

Add Your New Bank Account

Click on your profile photo or initials in the top menu bar, then select Settings from the drop-down menu.
Once on the Settings page, select Wallet.

The page with your wallet settings will be displayed. Click Link a New Account.

A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter your bank account details and routing number. Once you've completed the form, click Submit to securely save your information.

Once you finish adding the new account, it will appear in your payout settings as the default account used for future payouts.

Remove Your Old Bank Account

After your new account is active, find your old bank account in the list. Select Remove.
Confirm that you want to delete the old account. Your old bank account gets removed. Your payout settings will now show only your new bank account.

Confirm Your Payout Information

After updating your account:
  • Make sure the correct account is listed as Default
  • Check that the routing and account numbers are correct
  • Verify that no outdated accounts remain
Your payouts will now be sent to your new bank account.

If you do not see your payout

Most payouts arrive within 2 business days. If you transfer your earnings and do not see the funds in your bank account after that time, please contact Customer Care at [email protected] or open a support ticket. We can help verify the payout and make sure your bank information is correct.
