View, export, and withdraw your meeting earnings

As a peer supporter, you can easily access your transaction history to track income from group meetings, one-on-one sessions, and meeting services. This includes viewing detailed records, exporting your transactions, and initiating withdrawals to your personal account.

Transaction History Page

To access the Transaction History page, click on your profile picture or initials circle in the top menu bar. Select Transaction History from the drop-down menu.

The Transaction History page will be displayed.  

The Transaction History page will display your earnings organized by status. Each status is represented by a tab at the top of the page: Pending, Available, In Transit, Received, and Refunded.

Pending Transactions

Transactions remain in pending (escrow) status until 48 hours after the meeting ends. During this time, they are not yet available for withdrawal. To view these, click on the Pending tab.

Available Transactions

Once the 48-hour window has passed, your transactions will move to the Available tab. These funds are ready for withdrawal.

When funds become available, a Transfer button will appear at the bottom of the page. Click this button to initiate the transfer to your banking account.

In Transit Transactions

Transactions that have been withdrawn but have not yet posted to your bank account will appear under the In Transit tab.

Received Transactions

Three to five days after initiating a withdrawal, the funds should appear in your bank account. To view completed transfers, click on the Received tab.

Refunded Transactions

Refunded transactions are those you’ve returned to a client. To view these, click on the Refunded tab.

Understanding your transaction totals

Your transaction history displays aggregated earnings by meeting, making it easy to see how much you earned for each session. For example, if you received three payments of $5.00 for a single meeting, your transaction record will show a total of $15.00 for that meeting. This helps you quickly track income without needing to calculate individual participant payments.


To see the individual payments that make up the meeting total, click on View Details.

Exporting your transaction history

On the Transaction History page, click the Received tab.

Select Export Transactions.

The Export Transactions pop-up window opens. Select the date range. Click Send Report to generate the export file.

A confirmation flash message will be displayed briefly to confirm your selection.

Once your export file has been generated, you will receive an email with the subject "Peer Supporter Transaction Report". The email will have a link to download your report. The link will be valid for one hour.
