Manage your chat notifications
In order to manage your chat email notifications, you will need to visit a specific chat room and mute or unmute your notifications.
Start by selecting Chat from the top menu bar.
You will be brought to the Chat page. All of your chatrooms will be displayed. Find the chatroom you are looking to manage and click on Open Chat.
You will be brought into the chatroom. At the top of the chatroom, locate and click on the stacked 3-dot icon.
This opens up a drop-down menu.
If notifications are currently turned ON:
You will see Mute Notifications in the drop-down menu. Click on Mute Notifications to stop all notifications from this chatroom.
If notifications are currently turned OFF:
You will see Unmute Notifications in the drop-down menu. Click on Unmute Notifications to start receiving notifications from this chatroom.
