Types of chat rooms

If you are looking for a more personal support experience through chat, then we would suggest a one-on-one chat room. You may select a specific HeyPeers Peer Supporter, message them, and enter into a private chat room between the two of you.

If a Peer Supporter would like to connect with a group of peers and offer support, they can create a private group chat room. They would invite you to enter into a private chat room between those invited. 

Our public group chat rooms are very popular and offer many of our members a sense of community. HeyPeers Peer Supporters create these chatrooms for a variety of support topics. You can join the public chat room by clicking the JOIN button displayed at the bottom right corner of the chatroom description tile.
