Organization Settings
Organization Management Module
The Settings page in the Organization Management module provides customizable controls and functions to help tailor the platform to your organization’s needs. For example, in this space you can manage key configurations, adjust access permissions, modify display preferences, and enable or disable specific features to ensure a seamless experience for both administrators and members.
To access the Settings page, select Organizations from the top menu bar.

A list of all organizations will be displayed. Locate your organization's tile and select Manage.

Your Organization Dashboard will be displayed. Select Settings on the vertical menu bar.

The Settings page will be displayed. The following configuration options are available on this page.
Access Controls

| Allowed states | Optional. Use the dropdown menu to select specific states if your services are limited to certain state populations. You can choose multiple states as needed. If no state is designated, your meetings will be accessible to all HeyPeers users. |
| Allowed genders | Optional. Use the dropdown menu to select specific genders if your services are tailored for particular gender groups. You can choose multiple options as needed. If no gender is designated, your meetings will be open to all gender identities within HeyPeers. |
| Peer support interest | Optional. Use the dropdown menu to select the topics your organization provides support for. You can choose multiple options as needed. This field is for informational purposes only and does not restrict your organization's activities to the selected topics. |
| Time zone | Use the dropdown menu to select the time zone where your organization is based. This setting determines the default time zone for your organization's external meeting calendar. |

| Group leader required join time | This setting determines when a group leader is considered late to a meeting, affecting the group leader's attendance record as shown on your organization's Team page. Select one of the 4 available options: 0 minutes before meeting start time 5 minutes before meeting start time 10 minutes before meeting start time 15 minutes before meeting start time |

| Acknowledge disclaimer text | This is an optional disclaimer statement that can be displayed on the Subscription Form (subscriber intake form), as shown in the screenshot below. If left blank, the default text will display: By checking this box, I acknowledge that <organization name> virtual support groups are facilitated by trained peer leaders, not mental health professionals. Such sessions are intended to provide participants with emotional support and connection to others with similar lived experiences. But they are not a replacement for therapy provided by or the professional judgment of mental health professionals. |

Toggle Switch Options
In the next section the fields are managed using toggle switches, allowing you to turn each option on or off as needed.

| Meeting hosted by peer supporters can be visible on the public meeting list | Toggle ON (green) to show the meetings facilitated by peer supporters on the public MEETINGS page as well as your organization's public page. Toggle OFF (gray) to show the meetings facilitated by peer supporters only on your organization's public page. |
| Hide my organization | Toggle ON (green) if you do not want your organization to be visible on the Organization page in HeyPeers. Toggle OFF (gray) if you do want your organization to be publicly visible on that page. |
| Hide my group leaders | Toggle ON (green) if you do not want your group leaders to be visible on your external and internal organization landing pages. Toggle OFF (gray) if you do want them to be visible on those pages. |
| Hide group leader ratings | Toggle ON (green) if you do not want your group leaders' feedback rating to be visible on your external and internal organization landing pages. Toggle OFF (gray) if you do want them to be visible on those pages. |
| Enforce subscription approval | Toggle ON (green) if you want to manually review and approve each subscription request. Toggle OFF (gray) if you want all subscriptions to be automatically approved. |
| Require subscription to register for meetings | Toggle ON (green) if you want members to be required to subscribe to your organization before they can register for your meetings. Toggle OFF (gray) if you want members to be able to register for your meetings without needing to subscribe first. |

Zoom Settings
Zoom settings are only visible if your organization has one or more Zoom licenses.

| Zoom backup leader join button | For clients who utilize the in-meeting chat space within Zoom meetings, this option allows group leaders and backup group leaders to enter the meeting separately. This will allow each individual to show up separately in the chat space. Toggle ON (green) to display separate JOIN buttons for group leaders and backup group leaders. The group leader enters the meeting as Host. The backup group leaders enter the meetings as participants. Toggle OFF (gray) to display a single JOIN button for group leaders and backup group leaders. Both group leaders and backup group leaders enter the meeting as Host. |
| Sync Zoom attendance | Zoom attendance data is automatically updated every 2 hours for completed meetings. If the data is delayed, you can manually sync attendance by clicking the Sync Zoom Attendance button. This will establish a connection with Zoom and retrieve any missing attendance records from the past 30 days. |
Organization Announcement
Adding an announcement banner to your organization’s landing page can greatly improve subscriber communication. This banner provides important updates and valuable information for your subscribers, keeping them updated and engaged.

Build your announcement with the following fields.
| Title | The header line of the banner |
| Description | The text displayed on the banner. Max characters: 256 |
| Action Link Title | Text displayed on the action button |
| Action Link URL | The destination URL that the reader will be directed to upon clicking the action button. |
| Expiration Date | An optional date on which the announcement will be deleted. |
The banner will display on your organization's internal and external landing pages, directly below the header image.

Save Your Changes
Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply and save your settings.
