Whether you're just starting out or deepening your practice, the Peer Supporter Dashboard is your home base for connection, insight, and growth. This guide walks you through the key features, from meeting metrics to participant feedback, so you can track your impact, refine your approach, and support with confidence. With intuitive tools and real-time data, your dashboard helps you stay grounded in what matters most: showing up, listening well, and making a difference.

To access your Peer Supporter Dashboard, log into HeyPeers and navigate to the top menu bar. Click on your profile photo or initials circle in the upper right corner. From the drop-down menu, select Peer Supporter Dashboard

Your Peer Supporter Dashboard will be displayed.

Profile overview

At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see your name, qualification title, and your current average star rating, along with the total number of ratings received.

Clicking the rating count opens a pop-up window where you can view individual reviews that contribute to your average.

The View Profile button links directly to your public-facing profile, as seen by members.

Your profile page is displayed so you can review how your photo, qualifications, and personal introduction appear to others, and ensure your information is current and welcoming.

Meeting and resource tools

Create a Meeting

Use this tool to schedule and customize your upcoming support sessions. You can choose the meeting type, set the date and time, and add a welcoming description that helps participants know what to expect. The tool supports both one-on-one sessions and group meetings.

Meeting Services

Meeting Services let you offer predefined one-on-one support sessions tailored to your expertise. Instead of generic appointments, you can name and describe the type of help you provide, such as “Depression Recovery Support” or “Grief Processing Guidance.” This helps members understand what to expect and choose the service that best fits their needs.

Resource Library

The resource library is your personal storage space within HeyPeers for organizing documents and image files. You can keep materials private for your own reference, or make them public so members can access them, either through your profile or during meetings you host.

To access your resource library, select Resource Library on your dashboard.

For more information, see Peer Supporter Resource Library

Engagement and earnings

This section of the dashboard gives you a quick overview of your activity, connections, and earnings. From viewing your attendee metrics to managing support requests and viewing transaction history, each link offers direct access to the tools and insights that help you stay organized, responsive, and informed.

Interactions

Interactions provides access to detailed metrics about your peer support meetings, including attendee demographics, gross earnings to date, and a complete meeting history.  Click the View Metrics link to continue.

The Meeting History page will be displayed. The page is divided into 3 sections.

1. Summary

The Summary tab contains an overview of your meeting activity on HeyPeers.  It provides the following information.

  • Total number of meetings facilitated
  • Total number of attendees from those meetings
  • Total gross revenue earned
  • Average rating from member reviews

It also includes a chart showing total registration numbers by month, with attendee and no-show data.

2. Demographics

The Demographics tab displays charts and data about your meeting attendees, including gender, age range, and geographic location. This information can help you better understand who you're reaching through your peer support sessions.

3. Meeting List

The Meeting List tab provides detailed information about your past meetings. At the top of the page, you'll see aggregate data such as total meetings facilitated, total registrations, and total attendees. Below this summary, each past meeting is listed individually. From here, you can access the registration, attendee, and waitlist rosters for each session.

Contacts

Contacts displays the number of members you’ve connected with. To access your full list click View Contacts.

The Contacts page will be displayed. On this page, you can:

  • View and message approved contacts
  • Remove or block contacts
  • Approve or decline connection requests
  • Unblock previously blocked contacts

Earnings

The Earnings square shows the total funds withdrawn to date. To access your Transaction History page, click View Transactions

All of your earned transactions are listed on the Transaction History page. Payments are grouped by meeting, and you can click View Details to see a breakdown of individual transactions.

Your transaction history includes four stages that reflect the progress of your payments.

  • PENDING
Transactions that have not yet been released for withdrawal. Funds become available 48 hours after the meeting ends.

  • AVAILABLE
Transactions that are ready for withdrawal and deposit into your bank account.

  • IN TRANSIT
Transactions you’ve withdrawn that are currently being processed. Deposits typically arrive within 2–3 business days.

  • RECEIVED
Transactions that have been successfully deposited into your bank account.

Active Peer Support Requests

The Active Peer Support Requests square shows the number of open or pending requests that match your profile and are available for you to review and respond to. Click on View Requests to go to your Peer Support Request page.

A Peer Support Request is a confidential, one-on-one support inquiry submitted by a member seeking personalized guidance from a certified Peer Supporter. Each request includes the member’s description of what they need support with, their availability, and any preferences, such as lived experience or gender.

As a Peer Supporter, you may receive a request if your profile aligns with the member’s needs. You’ll have the opportunity to submit a personalized proposal that includes:
  • A short message explaining how your experience can help
  • Your availability for a session
  • Your proposed session rate
The member can review up to three proposals and choose the Peer Supporter who feels like the best fit. Once selected, you’ll coordinate a meeting time together and schedule the session through the platform.
