Adding a payment method

Joining a support group can be a powerful step toward emotional wellness, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible. If a support group you're registering for has a fee, adding a payment method ahead of time helps ensure a quick and secure checkout.



The Add new card pop-up window appears. Start by entering your credit or debit card number.

Once you begin typing your card number, the remaining fields—expiration date, security code (CVV), and billing ZIP code—will appear.
After entering all the details, click Add to save your payment method.

Once added, your card will appear in the Payment Methods section of your account.

Default card
If you've saved more than one card to your account, you can choose which one to set as your default. That card will be automatically selected at checkout, but you can always choose a different saved card before completing your payment.
You can identify the default card by the Default tag.

To set a different card as your default, click the Set as Default button next to the card you want to use.
