Cancelling your meeting registration
If you can’t attend a meeting you’re registered for, please take a moment to unregister. This allows other HeyPeers users to join and make the most of the available spots.
Unregistering can be done on the My Meetings page. To get there, select My Meetings from the top menu bar.
The My Meetings page shows all of your upcoming meetings.
Find the meeting that you need to unregister for. Click the Unregister button located on the bottom left side of the meeting information tile.
A popup window will then appear asking you to confirm your selection.
Select Cancel My Registration to complete the unregistration process for the meeting. If you have changed your mind, simply select Back to stop the cancellation.
Please note: If you paid for the meeting registration and cancel more than 24 hours before the meeting starts, a refund will be automatically issued to your account. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the meeting start time will not be eligible for a refund.
