My waitlist seat offer expired. What now?
No worries! If your waitlist invitation expired before you are able to accept it, you still have two easy ways to rejoin the waitlist. And good news: you’ll keep your original place in line.
Option 1: Use your expired invitation link
If you click Accept in the email or text message after the offer has expired, you’ll be taken to a page that says “Invitation Expired.”
Option 2: Rejoin from the meeting calendar
From the top menu bar, select Meetings.
This brings you to the meeting calendar. Find the meeting and click Join Waitlist. This will place you back on the list.
Keep an eye out! If another seat opens up, it’ll be offered to you automatically. And if not, don’t forget about the standby room. In addition to the waitlist, meeting standby gives you another chance to join the meeting. For more details on how the standby room works, see Meeting Standby.
