How to close your account

Thank you for being a part of the HeyPeers community. If there’s anything we can do to change your mind, please let us know—we’re here to support you. And if you ever decide to return, we’ll be ready to welcome you back.

To close your HeyPeers account, click on your profile photo or initials circle in the top menu bar, then select Settings from the drop-down menu.

Your account profile page will be displayed. Click on Delete Account to begin the deletion process.

Reactivation Period

You’ll have 30 days to change your mind. Simply log in during this time to reactivate your account. After 30 days without logging in, your account will be permanently deleted, and your data will be removed from HeyPeers.
