I'm being asked for a meeting passcode. What do I do?
Some HeyPeers meetings are private and invitation-only, which means they’re protected by a passcode. If you're seeing a message asking for a passcode, it’s because the meeting organizer chose to keep it limited to certain participants.
Since only the meeting host or host organization manages the passcodes, we in Customer Care aren’t able to provide them. But don’t worry—here’s how you can connect with the right person:
- Visit the Organizations page to find the host organization’s contact information.
- Or go to the Peer Supporter’s profile and send them a Connection request so you can follow up directly.
