1. Describe the issue

Please share as much detail as you can. Let us know exactly what happened—for example:

  • A button didn’t respond
  • You couldn’t hear or speak during a meeting
  • A page didn’t load properly
If available, include screenshots of the issue. They help us pinpoint the problem faster.


2. Device and Browser

Tell us what device and browser you're using:

  • Device (e.g., Android phone, iPhone, Windows laptop, iPad)
  • Browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
Not sure about your browser? Visit whatismybrowser.com to check your browser type and version. You can even screenshot the results and include that in your message.


3. Internet Connection

Let us know your connection type:

  • Wi-Fi or mobile data
  • Platform (Were you joining from HeyPeers or through Zoom?)

4. Meeting Information

Please include details about the meeting you were trying to access:

  • Meeting name
  • Organization
  • Date and time


5. Screenshots of Any Error Messages


If you received any pop-up messages or error alerts, please capture them and include them in your request—along with a description of when they appeared.
