Navigating the Member Dashboard
Quick access to your meetings, chatrooms, and organizations
The Member Dashboard is your personalized home base on HeyPeers. It brings together your upcoming meetings, chats, and updates in one easy view—keeping you in the know and on track.
Every detail is tailored just for you. From chat rooms you’ve joined to organizations you follow, your dashboard only shows what’s relevant to your activity. It’s your quick, reliable way to stay connected and supported throughout your journey.
How to access the Member Dashboard
If you joined HeyPeers directly, you’ll automatically land on your Member Dashboard when you log in—it’s your default home page.
If you joined through an organization, you’ll start on that organization’s landing page instead. But don’t worry—your dashboard is always just a click away.
You can access it anytime:
- Click the HeyPeers logo in the top left corner of the menu bar
- Select the Dashboard link from the top menu bar
What you'll find on your Member Dashboard
Your dashboard is divided into five main sections—all designed to help you stay on top of your meetings, chats, organizations, and updates with ease.
1. Your Next Meetings
See your upcoming meetings at a glance—up to two will appear here. When it’s time to join, just click the Join button. Need more info? Click the Details button.

- View all your upcoming meetings takes you to the My Meetings page
- Find new meetings lets you browse the full calendar.
No meetings yet? No problem! You’ll see a gentle reminder and a Find new meetings button to get started.
2. Your Group Chats
This section shows up to four chat rooms you’ve joined, ranked by how many unread messages are waiting for you, so you can jump right into the most active conversations. Click View all chat rooms to explore your full list
Each chat room box shows your unread count and acts as a direct link to the chat.
Haven't yet joined a chat room? Click Join new chatrooms when you're ready to connect.
3. Your Organizations
You'll see up to four organizations that you’re subscribed to. Your primary organization—the one you joined HeyPeers through—will always show first (if applicable). Others are listed based on how many upcoming meetings they have. Click View all organizations to browse more.
4. Upcoming meetings from (organization name)
If you joined HeyPeers directly, you won’t have a primary organization and won’t see this section.
If you do have a primary organization, you’ll see a short list—up to four—of its upcoming meetings. This gives you a quick glimpse of what’s next on the organization’s calendar.
Each meeting includes a Details button you can click to read more about the session and register to attend.
At the top right of the section, you’ll see a link labeled Find More Organization Meetings. This takes you directly to your organization’s meeting calendar and information page so you can explore additional sessions.
5. Notifications
Click the Notifications button to view a drop-down list of current announcements, updates, and news. These are shown in order by date, with the newest listed first.
If new announcements have been posted, you’ll see a red tag showing how many messages you haven’t viewed yet.
When you click the Notifications button, you’ll see a list of current messages. Each message includes a link to a dedicated page—either within HeyPeers or to an external resource like a knowledge base article—for more information.

It’s your space to stay on top of your schedule, jump into conversations that matter, and make sure you never miss a meeting that could make a difference. Everything you need is just a click away, and your community is always within reach.
