You’ve submitted your Peer Supporter application. Here’s what comes next.
Once you’ve submitted your Peer Supporter application, the review process begins. This guide walks you through what to expect next, including how to monitor your application status, and respond to revision requests.

Monitoring your application status
You will be kept informed of the application status via email updates and messages on the member dashboard.
Be sure to have email notifications turned on in your profile so you don't miss any important emails about your application.
Status: In Review

Status: Revision needed
If the PSMT determines that additional information or documentation is needed before making a final decision, your application status will change to Revision Needed. You will receive an email, notifying you of the status update. You will also see the following message on the member dashboard.

Clicking the dashboard message (or the Peer Supporter Application link in the email) will take you directly to your application page. In the Application Progress section, you’ll find specific instructions from the PSMT outlining what additional information or documentation is needed.

Depending on what is required, you can respond by:
- using the comment field of the Application Progress section.
- editing the application data. The application can be revised by clicking on the Edit your application button.

Status: Declined
If your Peer Supporter application is not approved, you’ll see a message on your member dashboard letting you know the decision. Click on the banner message for more information. You’ll also receive a notification by email.

If your application is declined, please know that this doesn’t mean the door is closed forever. You’re welcome to reapply after a waiting period of two months, which gives you time to reflect, grow, and prepare for a stronger application. This two-month window is also noted in your email notification.
Status: Approved
If your Peer Supporter application is approved, congratulations! You’ll see a confirmation message on your member dashboard, and a welcome email will arrive shortly with onboarding details to help you begin your journey.
