Can I join a meeting late?

Many meetings begin with a Check-In step—a chance for participants to share how they're feeling and what they hope to get from the session. This helps the group leader tailor the meeting to everyone's needs.

To support a focused and safe experience, some group leaders and peer supporters close the meeting to late arrivals after the Check-In ends. However, not all meetings follow the same policy.

If you arrive late:
  • you may remain in the waiting room and not be admitted,
  • some group leaders may still welcome latecomers—it's worth trying to enter,
  • if you aren’t admitted, please know you’re always welcome to try again next time.
We encourage you to join on time to avoid missing key parts of the meeting. Your presence matters and arriving on time ensures you can participate fully and respectfully.
