Making a donation to an organization

Certain organizations on HeyPeers accept voluntary contributions. If an organization allows donations, you have three ways to support them.


Contributions at meeting registration
Some organizations ask for contributions during meeting registration. When you click Register for a meeting with an organization that allows voluntary contributions, you will be taken to the Meeting Donation page.


Contributions in the meeting
Some organizations allow members to make donations during the meeting. If your meeting allows donations during the meeting, you will see a Donate button at the top of the meeting screen. Clicking on this button opens the Meeting Donation page.

Contributions after the Meeting
Some organizations allow members to donate after a meeting ends. When you click Leave to exit your meeting, you'll be directed to the Post-Meeting Survey page. After completing the survey, you'll have the option to donate.

Each of the above contribution options brings you to the Meeting Donation page. If you'd like to make a voluntary contribution to the organization, follow these three steps:

  1. Choose your donation amount by selecting a suggested option or entering a custom amount in the Other Amount box.

  2. Add a new payment card, or select a previously saved card from your profile by checking the designated box.

  3. Click Donate to complete your contribution.
