Restoring missing files: Profile photo and certificate

If your Peer Supporter profile is missing your photo and/or qualification certificate, this guide will walk you through how to re-upload those files

To begin, click on your profile picture, initials circle, or the “missing” icon in the top right corner of the menu bar. From the drop-down menu, select Settings.

This will open your Personal Information page.

Updating your profile photo

If your photo is missing, you’ll see a placeholder image in its place.

If your photo file is not missing, it will appear normally.

To upload or replace your photo, click on Select Image.

A file selector window will open. Locate your photo file, then click Open or Save to confirm your selection.

Your updated photo will appear once the upload is complete.

Once you've selected your photo, scroll down and click Save to update your profile.

Uploading your qualification certificate

Once you’ve opened the Host page, look to the right-hand column. This is where your certificate is stored.

If your certificate is missing or needs to be updated, click Edit File.

The screen will adjust to show upload options. Click Upload proof of Qualification.

A file selector window will appear. Locate your certificate file, then click Open to begin the upload.

Once your file is selected, it will appear in the certificate section. Scroll down and click Save File to complete the update.
