The meeting is full. Can I still join?

Yes! Even if a meeting is full, there are two features designed to give you another chance to get in:

If the meeting has a waiting list available, you’ll see a Join Waiting List button instead of Register.

• When you join, you’ll be added to the waitlist in order.
• If a spot opens up, you’ll receive an invitation by email, text (if enabled), and on your HeyPeers dashboard.
• You’ll have a set time to accept the offer and complete registration.
• If you don’t respond, the offer will expire and be passed to the next person on the list.
• You can rejoin the waitlist later—even after an offer has expired—and your original spot will be restored.

If you’re still on the waitlist when the meeting is about to begin, you can try the Meeting Standby option:

• Available starting 10 minutes before the meeting.
• Click Join Standby on the meeting's tile on the My Meetings page to enter.
• If seats open up due to last-minute no-shows, the group leader may offer them to standby members in waitlist order.
• If you’re invited, click Join to claim your spot and finish registration.

Standby is your best chance to join a full meeting at the last minute!
