How to Access Your Meeting Registration Roster

Your meeting registration roster helps you see who has signed up for your upcoming meeting and gives you simple tools to manage those registrations. This guide explains how to access the roster and what you can do from it.

How to Access the Registration Roster

Select My Meetings from the top menu bar.

From the My Meetings page, click the Registered count for your meeting.
The registration roster will be displayed. The roster will show all members who have registered for the meeting.

What You Can See on the Roster

The roster provides a quick overview of each registered member, including:
  • Username
  • Site-wide registration and attendance history
  • Member Since

What You Can Do from the Roster

The roster includes a few helpful actions you can take before the meeting begins.  To access the actions list, click the 3-dot icon beside for a member.  A drop-down menu is displayed.

1. Unregister a Member

If a member can no longer attend or needs to be removed, click Unregister on the drop-down menu.  The member will be removed from the registration list and will receive any an email notification.

2. Message a Member

If you need to communicate with members who are registered for your meeting, you can do so by clicking on Message in the drop-down menu. Messaging is done one member at a time.
