New Time‑Saving Feature for Peer Supporters: Recurring Meetings
February 2026
Peer Supporters can now schedule recurring meetings directly from the meeting creation page. This update removes the need to manually enter each meeting one at a time, making it much faster to set up regular support sessions. With this update, setting up a full month (or more) of meetings takes just a few clicks.
What's New
- Create a series of recurring meetings
- Choose a daily or weekly schedule
- Add up to 13 meetings at once
How to Create a Recurring Meeting
A new option has been added to the Create a New Meeting page. In the Schedule section, enter the meeting duration and start time as you normally would. Just below the start time field, you’ll now see a checkbox labeled Recurrence.

When you check this box, the recurring meeting settings will appear.

Choose how often the meeting repeats:
- Daily - for meetings that take place every day
- Weekly - for meetings that follow a weekly pattern (for example, every week or every other week)
If you select Weekly, additional fields will appear:

First, enter how often the meeting occurs. For example, 1 for weekly, 2 for every other week, 4 for every four weeks, or any number that matches your meeting pattern.
Next, select the day(s) of the week the meeting takes place.
Range of Recurrence
Enter the start date and end date for the meeting series.
Important: A meeting series can include no more than 13 meetings. When selecting your date range, make sure the total number of occurrences does not exceed this limit.
Once a recurring meeting series is created, each meeting appears as its own event on the calendar.
How to Manage a Meeting Series
Once a recurring meeting has been created, you can view and manage the entire series from the Peer Supporter Dashboard.
Select Meeting Series.

- Edit or cancel individual meetings. Changes apply only to that specific meeting.
- Edit or cancel the entire series. Changes apply to every meeting in the series.
