My Meetings page
Access upcoming, waitlisted, and past meetings with helpful tools
The My Meetings page is designed to help you keep track of and manage your scheduled meetings. On this page, you can:
join and cancel meetings as needed
review upcoming meetings to prepare in advance
manage waitlisted meetings
access past meeting registrations for reference
To access the My Meetings page, sign into your HeyPeers account and then click on My Meetings in the top menu bar.

Upcoming meetings
Upon entry into the My Meetings page, you will see your upcoming meetings listed.

By default, ALL of your upcoming meetings will be displayed. You can use the filter buttons to show only meetings you are registered for, meetings you are hosting (if you are a Peer Supporter), or meetings for which you are on the waiting list.

Waiting list
The waiting list is a feature that lets you hold a place in line when a meeting is full. If a seat opens up, members on the waiting list have a chance to claim it before it’s made available to the public again.
If you’ve joined the waiting list for a full meeting, you can view and manage those waitlisted meetings from the My Meetings page. Select On Waiting List from the filter buttons to see all of your waitlisted meetings.

If you wish to be removed from a waiting list, click Leave Waiting List on the meeting tile.

Past meetings
To view your past meetings, locate and click the Past Meetings button.

The Past Meetings page will display a list of all meetings for which you were registered, including those you attended and those you did not.

You can use the filter buttons to show only meetings you were registered for, only meetings you attended, or only meetings you hosted (if you are a Peer Supporter).

On the Past Meetings page, you can view meeting details and access the post-meeting feedback survey. To explore these options, click the three-dot icon in the top right corner of the meeting tile.
