The New Peer Supporter Dashboard

September 2026

The Peer Supporter Dashboard has been redesigned to make it easier to manage your sessions, requests, and overall activity. The new layout brings all peer supporter functions together in one place.

Accessing Your Dashboard

There is no longer a separate menu item for the Peer Supporter Dashboard. You will now access it from the regular Dashboard menu item.
This menu item has always been the member dashboard. It is now a combined dashboard that automatically adjusts based on your role.
  • For Peer Supporters: the dashboard displays Peer Supporter‑specific information, such as upcoming sessions, requests, and earnings.
  • For Members: the dashboard continues to show member‑related information, just as before.

Overview of the New Dashboard Layout

The redesigned dashboard brings all of your Peer Supporter tools into one unified view. When you open the Dashboard, you will see a clean, organized layout that highlights the information you need most.

Greeting and Quick Actions

At the top of the page, you will see a personalized greeting along with quick‑access buttons for:
  • creating a meeting
  • viewing your Meeting Services
  • viewing your Meeting Series
  • accessing the Resource Library
These shortcuts make it easy to jump directly into your most common tasks.

Upcoming Meetings

This section gives you a clear, at‑a‑glance view of your upcoming schedule.

Chat

Your recent chats appear in a dedicated panel, including:
  • direct member chats
  • organization chats
  • public chat rooms
  • any new or active conversations
This helps you stay connected with members and organizations without navigating away from the dashboard.

Earnings

The Earnings panel gives you a quick snapshot of your financial activity as a Peer Supporter.

Availability

Your availability calendar appears directly on the dashboard. It shows:
  • how many open slots you have in the next 7 days
  • a weekly calendar view of your available times
Members rely on your availability to book sessions, so this section helps you keep track of how open your schedule is.

Peer Support Requests

This panel shows any open direct or indirect requests waiting for your response. It also shows that status of your proposals.

Help and Tips

This section provides links to helpful resources and articles. It also gives you direct access to the Help Center and to Customer Care.

Submit Feedback Form

At the bottom of your dashboard, you will see a Submit Feedback banner. This gives you a direct way to share what you are experiencing on HeyPeers and what you are hearing from members.

You are on the front lines of the platform every day. You see what is working well, what feels confusing, what members appreciate, and where they struggle. That insight is incredibly valuable, and the feedback form makes it easy for you to send it straight to the people who can act on it.

You can use the form to share:
  • feedback from your own experience using HeyPeers
  • comments or concerns you hear from members
  • suggestions for improvements
  • issues you notice in the booking flow, meetings, or tools
  • positive experiences that show what is going well
  • technical issues
The more feedback you share, the better we can refine the platform, fix problems quickly, and strengthen the tools you rely on every day.
