Platform Enhancements: Fresh Look, Improved Navigation, Page Updates

We’ve made several updates to the HeyPeers platform to improve usability, create a more consistent experience, and make it easier to find and join meetings. Here’s what’s new:

Improved navigation bar

The redesigned navigation bar now works seamlessly across all screen sizes, including tablets — a major improvement over the previous version. Whether you're on a mobile, tablet, or desktop, you’ll enjoy smoother access to key features.

The notifications icon has been moved to the top menu bar. Previously only accessible from the member dashboard, it’s now visible across the site, making announcements and alerts easier to see and access no matter what page you're on. 

We’ve also replaced the More menu item with your profile photo or initials (if no photo is uploaded). Clicking this opens a dropdown with additional options like Settings, Transactions, Contacts, and more — bringing a more personal touch to your navigation.

Refreshed page designs

Several pages across the platform got a face-lift—say goodbye to the green banner and hello to a cleaner, more modern layout. Here are some highlights:


  • Streamlined design
    A fresh look that’s easier to navigate and more visually consistent across pages.

  • Meeting tiles
    Both the Meetings and My Meetings pages now display meetings in tile format for quicker browsing.

  • Improved filters
    More visible and intuitive filter options help you find what you need faster.

  • New meeting details pages
    We’ve introduced dedicated pages for each meeting, so you can review all the details before signing up.

Date filters on organization calendars

You can now filter by date in organization calendars to quickly find sessions that fit your schedule. Just choose a timeframe — like Today, Next Week, or This Month — and explore meetings that match your availability and interests.
