Discover Peer Supporters and the services they offer
Explore real support from people who understand
The Peer Supporters page helps you find independent Peer Supporters on HeyPeers. You can browse each Peer Supporter’s photo and bio, explore the services they offer, see the topics they have lived experience with, and view community ratings—all in one place.
Whether you're looking for someone who shares your lived experience, a listening ear, or guidance through challenging moments, there's a Peer Supporter ready to meet you where you are.
To open the page, click Peer Supporters in the top menu bar.

The Peer Supporters page is displayed.

Filter and find the right fit
At the top of the page, you can:
- Search by name – Know who you’re looking for? Start typing their name into the search bar.
- Browse by interest – Use the dropdown menu to filter by topics such as anxiety, caregiving, or addiction recovery.
- Sort by ratings – Choose to see Peer Supporters with the highest or lowest number of ratings first.

What you’ll see in each profile preview

Each Peer Supporter is listed with a helpful summary of what they offer. Here's what you'll find:
- Profile Photo—A welcoming image so you know who you're connecting with.
- Name & Qualification—You’ll see either a first name and last initial or a chosen display name, along with their qualification as a Peer Supporter.
- Star Rating & Reviews—Real feedback from other members. Click the number next to the stars to read detailed reviews.
- “About Me” Preview—A short intro about who they are and why they offer support. Click More to read their full story.
- Meeting Services—Up to four support offerings (like Life Coaching or Caring for Caregivers) are shown. Click Profile to view them all.
- Support Interests—You’ll also see up to five topics they specialize in, such as grief, relationships, or depression.
- Profile & Connect buttons—Want to learn more or reach out? Click Profile for the full view or Connect to send a connection request. Once you’ve requested to connect, the button will change to Request Sent. If they accept, it’ll update to Connected. If not, it will say Request Declined.
How Peer Supporters are displayed
Peer Supporters are listed by how many reviews they’ve received—not by how high their average star rating is. For example, someone with 10 four-star reviews will appear above someone with one five-star review. This helps highlight those who’ve received more feedback from members.
