Whether you’re attending a meeting, updating your profile, or exploring new features, you’ll find clear and accessible guidance—right when you need it.
This update focuses on the Help Center for members. Dedicated content for organizations and Peer Supporters is currently in development and will be available soon.

We’ve updated existing articles, added new ones, and expanded our FAQs to cover the questions members ask most. Whether you're troubleshooting an issue or exploring features, you’ll find clear, up-to-date guidance.

Looking for something specific? Use the search bar to find answers fast. Prefer to explore? Our reorganized categories make browsing by topic more intuitive.

Help is just a click away
Answers are now easier to find. On most HeyPeers pages, you’ll see a help icon in the bottom-right corner. Click it to open a widget with helpful articles tailored to the page you're on. You can also search the entire Help Center directly from the widget. Whether you need a quick answer or want to explore more details, helpful guidance is always within reach.

At the top of every Help Center page, you’ll see a Submit Ticket link. When you send us a message, it goes straight to our Customer Care team—real people ready to help.

Coming soon!
We’re continuing to enhance the Help Center experience. Updated Help Centers for organizations and Peer Supporters will soon offer tailored guidance and resources to meet their unique needs. We’re also introducing language translations to make our content more accessible to a broader range of users.
